The Patient Advocate is a resource for patients and families and ensures that patient/family issues and concerns are heard and addressed appropriately and immediately. Concerns are investigated and followed up on with hospital staff, in an effort to facilitate the resolution of issues and concerns for the purpose of maximizing patient safety and satisfaction. Patient Advocacy Resources
