Operating Suites

Surgery at Ashe Memorial Hospital takes place in state-of-the-art surgical suites and is conducted by skilled surgeons with years of experience in medical and surgical care.

The surgical department is staffed by surgeons, anesthetists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants. All of our staff members have training in advanced life support, neonatal advanced life support, pediatric advanced life support, advanced cardiovascular life support and CPR.

The nursing staff works to coordinate your care with your surgeon and any other physicians, members of the rehabilitation services team and our registered dietitian to create a personal treatment plan for your maximum benefit.
