If you come to the hospital as a patient, we will collect insurance information from you shortly after your arrival. Whenever possible, please have with you a photo ID and your insurance card, or the insurance card covering your child if your child is the patient.
Ashe Memorial Hospital will file a claim with your insurer for costs incurred during your hospital stay. Once your insurer receives and pays the claim, you will be notified of any outstanding balance. This balance becomes your responsibility.

Financial Counselors are available Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. You can reach them by calling 336-846-0725.
We accept cash, check, debit card and most major credit cards.
