Dr. Charles Jones is a 1982 graduate of Ashe Central High School. After receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1986 from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he attended the Bowman Gray School of Medicine from 1988-1992. Dr. Jones then completed his internship and residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte from 1992-1997. Dr. Jones is a 4th generation surgeon. His family has been serving the community for over 100 years.
Performing general surgery including upper and lower endoscopy, laparoscopic surgery, skin lesion evaluation/removals, breast disease/cancer, thyroid and parathyroid gland disease, gallbladder disease, hernia repair, pacemakers, elective tubal ligations and vasectomies. Now offering office-based endoscopy to contracted insurance carriers and non-invasive PillCam Endoscopy. Call our office for further details.
